What you see in the photos is not what you get. This pendant seems heavy and solid (the specs says 8.8 pounds). In fact it is made of very thin and fragile aluminum: the lamp actually weighs less than 3 pounds. You have to connect the driver yourself, but there is no tech sheet that tells you how to do it. We are far from the original Aplomb Pendant (which sells for over $800). If you're in just for looks, it might be fine. But if you are looking for quality, you’ll have to look at something else...
