Dining Room Chandeliers

What Size Dining Room Chandelier Is Best?

When you’re searching for a dining room chandelier, the first thing you need to figure out is what size chandelier is best for your table. Here are a few tips:

  • The width of your chandelier should be about ½ to ⅔ the width of the table it will be hanging over. I tend to choose fixtures closer to ⅔ the width except for really narrow tables.
  • Getting a fixture that’s at least 10-12″ less than the width of your table is important so that you don’t bump it with your head when getting in or out of your seat. An exception to this rule is if you have tall ceilings and the chandelier will be hung high overhead (where no heads could run into it) as ambient lighting.

1.Karrington Chandelier

The irregular symmetry of the design in combination with the antique brass and opal glass spheres almost makes this feel like something mother nature conceived. With 6-8-12-16 lights, it provides plenty of wattage over a large table. Consider shortening the pipe so it appears to be hugging the ceiling for a totally original look. Additional pipe available. Approved for use in covered outdoor areas.

2.Bubble Chandeliers

Ethereal and iconic, the Bubble Chandelier is a modern re-interpretation of the crystal chandelier. Its luminous constellation of delicate glass globes adds beauty and depth to any interior environment.

Based on an original design first conceived in 2008, the Bubble Chandelier is available in a series of twelve distinctive variations. The light’s decorative coiling, available in natural cotton and leather cord, is meticulously done by a practiced hand.

3.Gooseneck Chandelier

We worked with New York City-based design studio Pelle to create this curvaceous chandelier. You’ll love the soft light its salt-blasted glass globes give off.

4.Melody Chandelier

Shiny and sparkling glass can create a superior and elegant ambience through the lighting of a dining table or kitchen island. Polished forged metal body, bronze finish, gleaming glass shade with glass touch and texture, will give your room a premium and elegant ambience. The Nordic Glass Ball chandelier is perfect for over kitchen islands, over dining and dining tables, or in high ceiling areas like entryways.

5.Long Dish Brass Art Crystal Chandelier

Inspired by French minimalist lighting of the 1960s, elegant design features a solid brass form Aquitaine Chandelier suspended from a slender black cord. An inset LED at the tip offers warm, glowing light.

6.Zero Round Chandelier

Sophisticated ultra-modern lighting elements feature sophisticated design and advanced technology. The stellar ring available in the Zero Round Chandelier provides ambient lighting with integrated LEDs for energy saving and quality lighting.
