How to change or cancel an order?
Before submitting an order, please double check your order information to ensure accuracy. After placing an order, you will not be able to change or cancel the order online. First, please check the status of the order when needed.
- Pending: You can ignore it and place a new order.
- Processing: Please contact customer service as soon as possible to cancel or make changes.
- Completed: It can no longer be changed or cancelled. If it meets the conditions for return, you can return it in accordance with our return policy.
Please note that customized items and furniture items can only be cancelled within 24 hours after payment confirmation. If you refuse delivery for any reason without our consent, you will be fined, including but not limited to additional shipping and handling fees.
We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations until you receive confirmation from our sales assistant.
